NTSB releases documents on Kalamazoo River oil spill

The National Transportation Safety Board has released more than 500 documents pertaining to the July 2010 Kalamazoo River oil spill.  The documents provide photos and other information about the spill but do contain conclusions about the cause.  A final report is expected later this summer.
